What a standard visit includes.
This is the list we start from. At your walkthrough we add what matters to you and drop what does not, and the estimate shows the final list.
If you want fragrance-free products, or want us to use yours, we write that on the list too.
Every standard visit
Kitchen: counters, sink, stove top, outside of appliances
Bathrooms: toilet, tub, shower, mirror, floor
Bedrooms and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, beds made
Floors: vacuumed and mopped, doormats shaken out
Trash taken out and bags replaced
Extras
Extras you can add to any visit
Each one is listed on your estimate, so you see what it adds.
Oven
Racks out, the inside scrubbed, the door glass cleaned.
Refrigerator
Shelves and drawers out and washed, inside wiped down.
Inside windows
Glass, sills and tracks, on the ground floor and the stairs we can reach.
Linens
Beds stripped, your sheets washed and put back on.
Inside cabinets
Emptied shelves wiped, best done when the house is nearly empty.
Baseboards and doors
Wiped by hand, along with door frames and light switches.
Honestly
What we leave to others
Heavy furniture
We clean around it. We do not lift or move it.
Mold and water damage
These need a specialist. We will tell you if we see it.
Biohazards and hoarding
Not something our crew is set up for.
Outside windows and high glass
We do not use ladders for exterior glass.
