It arrives in the language you wrote to us in, with every room and extra listed, so you can read it at the kitchen table.

We do not print a price list, because two homes are never the same. We print the questions, and what we answer to each.
What decides the price
Five things move the number. We ask about each one before we write anything down.
Size of the home and number of bathrooms
Condition, and how long since the last clean
Pets, and how much they shed
How often we come
Stairs, parking and how we get in
What the estimate includes, and what it does not
It lists every room we clean, the visits you asked for and the extras you chose, so you can check it against your list.
Included: every room and task on your list
Included: our vacuum, cloths and products
Extra: oven, refrigerator, inside windows, linens
Not included: heavy furniture, mold, biohazard

A short video call or photos of the rooms on WhatsApp, or a visit if you prefer. Bruna asks about the rooms, the pets and the stairs.

About estimates
How is the price decided?
By the size of your home, its condition, how often we come, your pets and how we get in. We look at photos or a short video, then send the number in writing. Nothing changes on the day without asking you first.
What happens at the first visit, and how long does it take?
Two or three of us arrive together. The first clean runs longer than the ones after it, because we are learning your house. Bruna gives you the time window when she confirms the visit, and we message you when we leave.
Are you insured, and can I see the certificate?
We carry general liability insurance. Ask for the certificate of insurance and we send it before the first visit. The cover is listed in the footer of every page.
