Deep clean
The slow, thorough one.
A deep clean takes longer and reaches what a regular visit skips. Many families start here, then move to a recurring schedule.
We plan it with you: which rooms matter most, and whether to add the oven, refrigerator or inside windows.
What it adds
Baseboards, door frames and light switches
Vents, ceiling fans and window sills
Grout and fixtures scrubbed by hand
Behind and under what we can move by ourselves
Cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors

Good times for it
When a deep clean makes sense
Before guests
A family visiting from Brazil, a baptism, a birthday. The house ready the day before.
A new season
Spring or fall, when you open the windows or close them for winter.
A first clean
Before a recurring schedule, so the regular visits start from a clean house.
How the day goes
- 01
Step 1: We confirm
Bruna confirms the time, who is coming and how we get in.
- 02
Step 2: We work top to bottom
Ceilings and fans first, floors last, so dust never lands on a clean floor.
- 03
Step 3: We check against the list
Every room, every task you asked for, ticked off before we leave.
Questions
About a deep clean
What happens at the first visit, and how long does it take?
Two or three of us arrive together. The first clean runs longer than the ones after it, because we are learning your house. Bruna gives you the time window when she confirms the visit, and we message you when we leave.
Do you bring supplies? Can you use fragrance-free products?
We bring our own vacuum, cloths and products. If you want fragrance-free products, or want us to use yours, tell us before the first visit and we write it on your list.
What if something is missed or broken?
Tell us within 48 hours, with a photo if you can. We come back within three business days to redo what was missed from your list. If something is broken, tell us right away and we go through it together; the steps are on the policies page.
Planning one? Tell us the date.
Give us a few weeks before guests arrive and we will fit you in.
