You can pause a month, skip a visit or change the list by message.

Two or three of us, at the time Bruna confirmed.

Kitchen and bathrooms first, then floors last so nothing is walked on wet.

One of us checks every room against your list before we pack up.

Step 4: You get a message
A short note that we are done, and anything we noticed, such as a leaking tap.

The longer between visits, the longer each one takes, and the estimate says so. We never print one price for everyone.

Before your first recurring visit
What happens at the first visit, and how long does it take?
Two or three of us arrive together. The first clean runs longer than the ones after it, because we are learning your house. Bruna gives you the time window when she confirms the visit, and we message you when we leave.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many of our clients are at work. You can let us in, leave a code or a lockbox, or give us a key. Alarm and gate codes come by phone, never by text or form. The policies page says how we handle each way in.
Who comes to my house?
Our own crew, introduced by first name before the visit. If someone is out sick, we message you before a different person comes.
