Move-in and move-out
An empty home, cleaned all the way.
Cleaning an empty home is a different job: we open every cabinet, drawer and appliance. Move-out cleans often have a handover date, so tell us yours when you write.
We photograph each room when we finish, so you can show your landlord or the new owner.
What we do
Inside cabinets, drawers and closets
Oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, inside
Bathrooms scrubbed, fixtures polished
Floors vacuumed and mopped last
Photos of every room when we finish

Before you book
Getting the timing right
The home should be empty
We clean best when the furniture is gone, so most people book the day after the movers leave.
Tell us the handover date
Write it in your first message. If the date is tight, we say so before you plan around us.
Water and power on
We need both. If they are off, tell us and we plan for it.
Keys and codes
We ask how to get in on the phone, never in a form. The policies page has the details.
Three ways people use this
Moving out of a rental
To hand the apartment back in the state your lease asks for.
Moving into a new home
To start in a clean house, before the boxes arrive.
Selling a house
To have it clean for showings and the last walkthrough.
Questions
Moving questions
How is the price decided?
By the size of your home, its condition, how often we come, your pets and how we get in. We look at photos or a short video, then send the number in writing. Nothing changes on the day without asking you first.
What if I need to cancel?
Message us by 5 p.m. the day before and we move or cancel the visit. Later than that, or if we cannot get in, the visit may be billed as your estimate says. The full terms are on the policies page.
Who comes to my house?
Our own crew, introduced by first name before the visit. If someone is out sick, we message you before a different person comes.
Moving soon? Write to us now.
Send the address, the handover date and a few photos.
